WE MADE DECISIONS AND OUR DECISIONS MADE US BY MASTERPIECE DAVID OLAWADE

WE MADE DECISIONS AND OUR DECISIONS MADE US BY MASTERPIECE DAVID OLAWADE

Oh! What a joy that filled our heart,

We later discovered that it is called the joy of salvation,

The day we said; Yes to righteousness and No to iniquity,

We taught it was a once for all victory,

But each victory brings us to a place of new battles,

We made decisions and our decisions made us.

We are overcoming from victory and not for victory,

All grace that we need has been made available for us,

We overcame sins that easily begets us,

Many thought that they would see us back in Babylon,

We have assured them that their waiting period will continue till eternity,

We made decisions and our decisions made us.

We enrolled in the school of the spirit,

We have no intention to graduate,

The courses are bulky and we can’t skip a class,

We change levels by the capacities we are able to build over time,

And not by the period spent after our enrollment,

We made decision and our decisions made us.

As we continue as pilgrims and representatives of our kingdom,

We patiently await the return of our general,

We do so by dominating all spheres and demonstrating all that our general can do,

The supernatural became our lifestyle,

Many marveled “what kind of men are these”,

We made decisions and our decisions made us.

We disengaged every memorandum of understanding we had with mediocrity,

We dipped our hands in the plough of generational impact,

We became uncomfortable with decadence,

Ungodliness became an insult to our personality,

We are not ashamed of this Zoe we now experience,

We made decisions and our decisions made us.

For those who are yet to make this decision,

Christ beckons to you again,

Nothing in this world would satisfy,

Comfort and pleasures are not worth living,

Greater things in Him awaits you,

Make that decision and the decision will make you.
