JESUS AT THE CENTRE OF IT ALL PART 7; MEN ON THEIR KNEES, DESTINIES ON FEET BY MASTERPIECE DAVID OLAWADE

“…..Men ought always to pray and not faint”- Luke 18:1.

When men goes on their knees, their destinies and the counsels of God for a nation comes to realities. When prayer is on standby, man’s purpose would be in motion.

One of the reasons why we are far from getting and fulfilling God’s will for our life is because we are far from our prayer closet. Our prayer closet is the control room where we get directions for our lives and purpose.

To a reasonable and high degree, the success or failures of a man is traceable to the degree of his prayer life. Any achievement you can’t knee for, you can’t rise to attain.

History can’t erase the impact of a praying man. World changers are men who changed things on their knees. History makers are men who made history with their prayer life.

Effective prayer is not measured by time spent on the knees but by consistency on the knees. The success of a ministry is not measured by the volumes of their prayer sessions and prayer meetings but by the prayer life of her members.

Don’t tell me about the volumes of your visions and plans because I am more interested with the quality of your prayers towards the reality of your visions.

It begins on the knees not by advertising your plans. There is no show off on the prayer altar, what you experience there is brokenness and absolute surrender.

Have you prayed today? Get on your knees!

  1. I would like to use the image of the praying man at the top of this article. Can you grant permission for me to use it in a slideshow at our church? Thanks for any help you can offer.
