PASTOR SUNDAY ADELAJA IS 48 TODAY; THE METAMORPHOSIS

PASTOR SUNDAY ADELAJA IS 48 TODAY; THE METAMORPHOSIS

48 years ago, a hero was born in a small city of Ijebu-ode called Idomila, Ogun state, Nigeria. He grew up in wisdom, strength and favour despite the fact that he had to sail through the voyage of challenges. He was poor but he discovered his riches in Christ; he was naked but discovered his covering in Christ; he had no shoes but now the sole of his shoes is possessing nations for God; a was a corn pap seller now a kingdom carrier.

A need arose in heaven on whom will deliver the citizens of the then soviet union (USSR) from communism and God said; “whom shall I send?”. He was 3 months in the Lord after he encountered Jesus while viewing a t.v programme by the renowned Pastor W.F Kumuyi. God saw a communism deliverer in him as God has proposed before he was formed in his mother’s womb.

He got a scholarship to study in America and U.S.S.R, “Where should I go” was his heart cry. His passion was to make others partake to the stage of metamorphosis that stated three months ago in his life. “should I go to America or U.S.S.R?” he pondered and God spoke to him through his pastor; “if you survive in the communist society, you can survive anywhere”. He took the challenge; he arrived at the promise land. He saw the giants, “why do you send me here Lord” he cried in desperation. He trusted God for an answer and God spoke to him through a vision to commission him for the harvest of the communist society.

With an option to go to a renowned bible college, he remained in the wilderness. After in wilderness experience as a student, with distinction in journalism and the call upon him, he went to the media to speak the good news. The result he expected was not forth coming then he trusted God for a direction. The direction came as a definition to what genuine ministry means; “TOUCHING LIVES WITH THE LOVE OF CHRIST”

He left his confide, removed his jacket and ties, took away the pulpit and started touching lives. He went to the outcast, the drug addict, the alcoholics to fill the vacuum in their hearts. He touched them with the love of Christ and the truth of the word. “The solution we need is around us” the people yelled. He overcame the persecution of the government and heralded the orange revolution

He is the light the darkness of communism could not comprehend. He is the solution to the waste cities and desolate land. He is a repairer of the breach. In him was the love the outcast needed. In him was the fullness for their vacuum. He has subdued and still subduing kingdoms with the light of the gospel.

He is the initiator of the communist revival, he is a hero of faith, a walking gospel, a kingdom imposer, an impact maker, a trailblazer and a world changer. He is heralding his world and still fully active in subduing the whole earth for God as an harvest.

He is 48 today, Pastor Sunday Adelaja, the initiator of Communist Revival.

FINDING YOUR PULPIT – THE NATIONS’ CALL

FINDING YOUR PULPIT – THE NATIONS’ CALL

“Heaven is His throne and the earth He has given to the sons of men”- Psalm 115:16

The pulpit is around us yet we can’t find it. Our congregations are yelling close to us to restore their breaches yet we are waiting to be called to the pulpit before we can tell the good news. Many people think that serving God means preaching from the pulpit. That is not a true understanding of ministry. Preaching and church ministries are just tools and instruments you can use. Ministry is really about touching people with the love of Christ.

“And she shall bring forth a son, and you shall call His name JESUS: for he shall save His people from their sins”- Matthew 1:21.

Jesus the saviour came for the people not for the temple. The spirit drove Jesus immediately He was confirmed as the Son of God on earth to the wilderness (Mark 1:11-12). The Spirit did not drive him to church or the temple neither to the palace. Get rid of your tie and jacket. Go out of your pulpit. As Jesus did; cloth the naked, comfort the broken-hearted, the outcasts, the drunkard around you; share the good news with them. Your society and your nation should also be your pulpit at this hour. Stop practicing church, it’s time for you to migrate. Don’t be confided to the four walls of the church. The church is now becoming a prison where men are confided to be send out.

“Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession” – Psalm 2:8.

“All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, o Lord and shall glorify thy name”- Psalm 86:9

The last commandment Jesus gave the church is to disciple nations. So pitiful today we have the reverse. Nations impose laws on the church and the church is folding her hands to dance to the tunes of the nation. It has been said on air in some countries that any church that preaches against homosexuality would be sanctioned by the law. Hmm! It an end-time strategy as we say? Or the church’s negligence? The answer I know not, one thing I know and that have I believed, the church is to disciple nations. God has given the nations as an inheritance to the church. Nations are to come and worship the Lord. Lord at this hour, we ask for the nations!

“And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off; for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.

Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no intercessor: therefore His arm brought salvation unto him; and His righteousness, it sustained him” – Isaiah 59:14-16.

“And He said to them, Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature”- Mark 16:15

The reason why God cannot move through many churches today is because we stay in our churches and do not go out. We have remained in the church while the world has waited for us and we never went to them.

“For the earnest expectation of the creature waits for the manifestation of the sons of God”- Romans 8:19

“For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain until now”- Romans 8:22

The world is waiting for you; to show her the path to trend. We are to be an example to the world on how to live. Jesus has built His church already since 2,000 years ago, you build the world. Don’t only wait to make impact, revival or revolution in your local church, take it global. May you receive the grace to stir up a world revival in the name of Jesus.

“And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter and upon this rock I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it”- Matthew 16:18

We are anointed to restore hope to the dying world. We are to heal nations of their diseases. We are called to build the old wastes, raise the former desolation and repair the waste cities.

“And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places; thou shall raise up the foundations of many generations, and thou shalt be called, THE REPAIRER OF THE BREACH, THE RESTORER OF PATHS TO DWELL IN” – Isaiah 58:12.

“And THEY shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolation of many generations”- Isaiah 61:4.

God is the architect of the world, we are the builder. We are generation builders, path finders and trailblazers. The anointing emphasized in Isaiah 61:1 which Jesus proclaimed in Luke 4:18 is for all believers. This is revealed in Isaiah 61:4, “And they shall build” not “he shall build”. The anointing is to build, restore, repair and give life to the dying world.

Jesus did not only go to the temple with the anointing, he went about meeting the need of the people via healing, miracles, sign and wonders. God was with Him to deliver the world not only the church.

“A seed shall serve the Him; it shall be counted to the Lord for a generation”- Psalm 22:30.

“A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation; I the Lord will hasten it in his time”- Isaiah 60:22.

We are to be role models to our generation. God requires us to make generational impact as individuals touching the whole world with the glad tidings of Jesus. I was astonished when I read the account of Myles Munroe influencing six billion people worldwide. I discovered that he is fulfilling the prophecy from scripture. He is a seed serving the Lord and it is accounted for a generation.

Lord give me nations! I don’t want to use my faith to only marry beautiful wife and build houses; I want nations. Lord, don’t give me congregation, give me nations. I want to take over nations for you; I want to restore hope to continents of the world.

PRAYER; THE SICKLE FOR THE HARVEST

PRAYER; THE SICKLE FOR THE HARVEST

“Therefore said he unto them, the harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest”- Luke 10:12.

Jesus did not tell His disciples to look at the harvest and then get busy. He didn’t tell them to start reciting the statement, He never told them to start going from town to town to recruit labourers. He only gave them a responsibility, He told them to pray. We are quick today to quote the first part of the scriptural text neglecting the preceding text carrying the instruction. Some of us even make it a prophecy; we make it our message and memory verse. We use it as an excuse for inadequate evangelism instead of following the instruction to pray. God from the text is not only bringing us to the scarcity of labourers for the harvest but scarcity of prayer agony that will birth men into the great harvest. Let us take a cursory look at the latter part of the scripture;

“………pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest; that he would send forth labourers into his harvest”

It is of the Lord to send forth labourers not we, we are to only pray for the labourers to be sent forth. We are so busy today looking for men, trying to help God to recruit labourers when we are supposed to be concern with the major instruction he has given us to pray.

We are so concern with the labourers than the sender of the labourers. The word pray in the context is translated from the greek word “deomai” which means to make a petition or request. We are to be a petitioner not an employer. Notice from the text;

“……..That he would send forth labourers into his harvest”

He is the sender and the employer because He is sending them into his harvest, He owns the harvest. Don’t be an employer for God, be a petitioner. We are to pray that God raise men unto himself that will spark up revival not complaining of shortage or scarcity of labourers.

“And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto me”- John 12:32.

If we lift up Jesus via our prayer, He is the one to draw the men to Himself. Our prayer is the core requirement for the harvest. No one can predict revival, no one can earn revival. We cannot generate revival by faithfulness, busyness or spiritual activities. God is the only source of revival. The quantity of the labourers for the end-time harvest is directly proportional to the quality of our prayers for the labourers.

“Yet I have lift me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him”- 1 Kings 19:18.

“And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts; because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away”- 1 Kings 19:14.

God has labourers scattered abroad all over the earth, it is required of us to pray that he send them forth. From the text, Elijah was complaining instead of praying to God to raise more prophets.

“Put ye sickle, for the harvest is ripe; come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow, for their wickedness is great”- Joel 3:13 (see Rev. 14:14-19 also)

Prayer is the sickle for the harvest. That we will engage this weapon, for the press is full; the harvest is ripe; the fats overflow; for wickedness is great. Where are the men with the sickle in their hands? Where are the men that will transform this nation on their prayer altar? Enough of complaining, “I am the only one” though it might seem you are the only one but you can pray for more labourers.

Satan and his demons do not want you to learn the secrets of prayer. They fear your prayer more than your witness and your work. They would rather have you busy for God all day than to pray for one hour. Spiritual victories are normally won in spiritual warfare; we see so few great spiritual victories because we fight so few spiritual battles. We are powerless and fruitless because we engage in prayer so casually. If you are unwilling to fight, don’t expect great victories.

After thought: you are not only created to pray; you are redeemed, justified and sanctified to pray.

WHOM SHALL I SEND; GREAT MAN FOR A GREAT TASK

WHOM SHALL I SEND; GREAT MAN FOR A GREAT TASK

Go does not call the qualified, He qualifies the call. Many have out-run God on their qualification of His call upon them. There are many half-baked preachers and teachers of the word, half-cooked prophets and half-done prophet. No man can be completely cooked by God and not be completely broken. It takes a broken man to break men. As cooking implies in its ordinary sense, completely cooked meals are completely broken.

“Then said I, woe is me for I am undone, because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips, for mine eyes have seen the king, the Lord of hosts”. -Isaiah 6:3

Isaiah, the heavy-weight champion prophet of his time believed from Isaiah chapter one to five that he is qualified as a prophet of God. Oh Lord my God! Show me via revelation my spiritual status. This should be our prayer as an anointed of God. What a disappointment in Isaiah chapter six, when he saw the Lord, his previous prophecies “woe to the nations” changed to “woe to me”. He agreed that he was a man of unclean lips in the midst of a people of unclean lips. Oh like our modern church, living dead people in a dead church with a dead preacher. From Isaiah 2:2, Isaiah has earlier saw the word of God, “seeing the word alone may not give you the right knowledge of your spiritual status”. Many read the word and misinterpret it to justify their state and action. There is need to be in spirit and seek revelation for an eye-opener.

I was bewildered from Isaiah chapter 6:8, when the Lord asked “whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” I wondered if the Lord did not see the presence of the prophet, he was not seen to be qualified, many are preaching today and God does not really recognize them. Remember many are called, few are chosen, it is the chosen that are really recognized in heaven. Don’t celebrate your call, thirst to be chosen by being completely cooked by God.

“For I have not sent them, saith the Lord, yet they prophesy a lie in my name; that I might drive you out, and that ye might perish, ye and the prophets that prophesy unto you” -Jeremiah 27:15.

“For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, saith the Lord.” -Jeremiah 29:9

The perishing church has prophets that are not sent by God, they come as wolves in sheep clothing prophesying in the name of God. It’s time for the church to be alert and sharpen her discernment. Wake up! O ye sleeping church, don’t allow your slumber rob you and deprive you of heaven. Now a thin line has been drawn among the call, the chosen, the sent and half-done. The question is where are you Mr. Preacher and Mr. Prophet? Does God know you and recognize you in heaven? Can He also say to you “I know thee by name (Exodus 33:17)” and “I have surnamed thee (Isaiah 45:4)”.

“The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? Saith the Lord.” -Jeremiah 23:28

Tell it to the whole world the coming vengeance of God and the true word of God, speak the word faithfully, be God-fashioned, God-filled and God-fired. Go to God’s university of silence where John the Baptist was trained. God takes all His great men there.

Jesus said “Go ye” but He also said, “Tarry until!” let any man shut himself up for a week with only bread and water with books except the Bible, with no visitor except the Holy Ghost, and I guarantee, my preacher brethren, that man will either break up or break through and out. After that, like Paul, he will be known in hell.

“The man whose little sermon is ‘repent’ sets himself against his age, and will for the time being be battered mercilessly by the age whose moral tune he challenges. There is but one end for such a man- ‘off with his head’. You had better not try preach repentance until you have pledged your head to heaven” – Joseph Parker. Repentance is change of mind about God, about sin and about hell. John the Baptist was in God’s school of silence, the wilderness, until the day of his showing forth. In his eyes was the light of God, in his voice was the authority of God; and in his soul was the passion of God; I ask, could be greater than John? Truly “he did no miracle” that is, he never raised a dead man, but he did far more, he raised a dead nation. John was great, great eagles fly alone; great lions hunt alone; great soul walk alone with God. Such loneliness is hard to endure and impossible to enjoy unless God-accompanied.

John was a “voice”. Most preachers are only echoes, for if you listen hard, you will be able to tell what latest book they just read and how little of the book they quote. To reach the masses we need a voice- a heaven-sent prophet to preach to preachers!

Brethren, we have equipment but not enduement; commotion but not creation; action but not unction; rattle but not revival. We are dogmatic but not dynamic.

This generation of preachers is responsible to this generation of sinners. Just as Moses could not mistake the sight of the burning bush, so a nation could not mistake the sight of a burning man! God meets fire with fire. The more fire in the pulpit the less burning in hell fire. An automobile will never move until it has been ignition fire; so men are neither moved nor moving because they think they have everything except fire.

Our dear preachers used to pray; they say “I do not pray as much as I used to, but the dear Lord understands”. Hmmm! He understands all right, but he does not excuse us because we are busier than He wants us to be. Remember this saying as inspired of me by the Holy Ghost as am in tears to write this; “physical stature is never equivalent to spiritual status” and “individual availability is not equal to spiritual stability”.

We tend to be more concerned to perform our part creditably than we are about God’s mighty involvement in our efforts and ministry. O Lord my God, sanctify me by the fire of your holiness, my heart desires this, that you may purge me of my wrong motive towards your work. We tend to be more hungry for success than we are for God’s empowerment. Remember, “human loudness of voice is not equivalent to the power of the Spirit” and “we cannot be trained to be anointed or empowered”. We cannot accomplish God’s full purpose on memories of past blessing and empowerment. In fact, we can’t minister today in yesterday’s anointing or empowerment. As Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit (Luke 4:14). There is need for re-firing, even our dear saviour on earth as to return to the mountain daily to get the anointing for the day on the altar of prayer. Many are concerned that their heads should be filled than their heart to be fired. Oh! Breath upon precious redeemer.

IT’S TIME TO SEEK THE LORD.

IT’S TIME TO SEEK THE LORD.

“Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.”- Hosea 10:12

I have heard, I have read but never believed that there can be a time in our life when we can experience spiritual dryness. Like a salt that loses its savour, how useless it is. It appears like it but it is not it. So hard to climb the mountain of unction but easy falling from it. It begins with little or no prayer life as it used to be. Irregular study life, upper room turning to supper room, spiritual exercise replaced by human ability. How long will you continue like this? Remember, “Individual availability is not equal to the spiritual stability’’.

Have you lost the axe head? The psalmist said “rejoice not over me my enemy, When I fall I will rise again.’’ are you ready to get back your axe head? Or you want to wait and remain in the bottom of the mountain until the enemy comes to over to you? Arise mighty soldier!

From experience I have heard of many stories and testimony of many giant and anointed of God. I overheard them say, “I used to pray six hour a day, I used fast to every weeks’’. They tell me different accounts and encounter they had with God. Some share with me different spiritual exercise they engaged themselves to sometime ago but my question is always “what about now, how many hours do you pray now? Remember our God is the one that was (past), the one that is (present) and the one to come (future). I ask this question “how is God today’’ I loved the popular devotional by Bob Gas having its tittle as “the word for today (not God’s old words alone)

O ye men of God! We cannot accomplish God’s full purpose on memories of past blessing and empowerment. We cannot minister today in yesterday’s power. The Lord knows those that are His and the devil also knows those that are presently carrying the fire of God. One of the statement that really amazes me men from scripture is “Jesus I know, Paul I know, who are thou?” Does the devil recognize you as an anointed of God?

The ugly fact is when we lose the fire, even we the carrier we know. Prayers becomes a waste of time, the study of the bible is substituted for other activities. Human emotion or loudness of voice is not equivalent to the power of the spirit. The bible does not make sense again, no flesh revelation from the bible. Brother it should cause you weeping. John the beloved said when there was no man to open and read the book; I wept much (Rev. 5:4). Though you are still praying in tongues in prayer meetings but not as it used to be, remember tongues sometimes are cover-up because the gift of God are without repentance. Sin is eating you up like cancer that’s why you don’t have time for effective study of the scripture. Sin takes you away from the bible and the bible will take you away from sin.

Will you cry to your maker today or you will fold your arms and allow sin to have dominion over you. Give grace the chance in your life; you can’t do it by your ability.

PREPARING THE WAY; THE CALL FOR REVIVAL

PREPARING THE WAY; THE CALL FOR REVIVAL

“So will not we go back from thee; quicken us, and we will call upon thy name.

Turn again, O Lord God of hosts, cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved”- Psalm 80:18-19.

Picking up my pen to write this piece, I can hear the Holy Spirit speaking to my heart saying, “prepare the way for I am coming soon, make known my ways to all nations, establish the truth in their heart for I am the truth, save them from obscurity, stop them from threading the fast lane of decadence, let the banner of righteousness be raised and let ungodliness and immorality depart among them, behold I come to take my place”, “have I not told you to occupy till I come; I mean occupy all sectors without leaving a vacuum for the devil to reign among you; occupy the entertainment sector, occupy the government, occupy the fashion world; behold I cometh”

Our nation needs a great spiritual awakening to sweep across our land. Our people have largely forgotten God. Sin, violence and crime are destroying the potential of our civilization. Our literature, our language and our media have been polluted. Our youths are growing up with very little awareness or knowledge of God. For at least a generation or two, many families have been almost godless.

When will God send new reformation, new spiritual awakening and such a movement of God’s spirit that multitudes turn to God? When? Only when we prepare the way of the Lord. With this intense burning in my heart, I will like to paraphrase a line of the Nigerian anthem “the labour of our revivalists shall never be in vain”. Are we going to fold our arm as the effort of Apostle Paul (who was a mobile church) after he had invested in making nations come to the knowledge of God. These nations are now dominated with other religions today. Have we forgotten the labour of Apostle Thomas on the nation India, the question is where is God in India today? Remember beloved, David Brainerd and Wesley L. Duewel how they invested on the American Indians.

Arise from your sleep mighty men of faith, remember the welsh revival, how are we following up with of Evan Roberts in wales and the welsh revival of Charles Finney. John Knox labored for the Scottish citizens, Mel Tari brought God to Indonesia and the whole nation was swept with the knowledge of God. Where are the wesley’s, finney’s whitefield’s and the luther’s of this generation. We love Apostle Paul but no one wants to do his acts, we love the revivalists and their accounts but many don’t want to initiate the revival for this generation.

If we want to see great harvest and spiritual renewal, our greatest need is for great praying. We have largely lost the witnessing: out-winning passion of the early church. We are upset by the blatant sins, but fail to be disturbed by Christians who have never won a soul to Christ, by Christians whose prayer is mostly self-centered and who seldom weep for the world.

“He said, I am the voice of one that crying in the wilderness, make straight the way of the Lord, as said prophet Esaias”- John 1:23.

“The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God”- Isaiah 40:3.

That we will be the voice, that we will recognize this need and see why we should prepare the way. I will like to conclude with the quote by my mentor, Pastor Sunday Adelaja;

“God eagerly awaits the redemption for the nations, God want preeminence in all things in every nation. Until the children of the almighty God act like his representatives on earth, nothing will change in countries. The destiny of our countries is in the hands of the church and her willingness to declare the position of God in the society”.

After thought: do you desire to be sold out for God? Do you desire an unusual move of Good in the nations of the earth? Prepare the way by your intense thirst for more of God and prayer for the lost.

INTERCESSION- JESUS PRAYER PARTNER; BEING A CO-LABOURER WITH CHRIST

INTERCESSION- JESUS PRAYER PARTNER; BEING A CO-LABOURER WITH CHRIST

“Oh, I am dying for the want of strength to pray! My body is crushed, the world is on me, and how can I forbear praying?”- Father Nash.

Every one of us is called to intercede, I can remember so fresh in my memory some years ago when God commissioned me to intercession as a ministry. In all that God told me, I took note of this which will help us understand this caption. He said; “when you intercede, I come to you to embrace you because we are both praying together”.

“Where he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he never liveth to make intercession for them”- Heb. 7:25.

“Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us”- Rom. 8:34.

God the son is our enthroned prayer partner and God the spirit is our indwelling prayer partner. God the son and God the spirit are constantly interceding, God’s trinity of intercession is incomplete if you don’t join them in prayer. Christ is enthroned at God’s right hand today, ruling the world through His intercession and the intercession of His earthly prayer partners. When such needs arise, God at times chooses to prepare for them in advance by calling His children to pray. At other times He sends an emergency call at the exact hour of need.

What is your deepest desire? How intense are your spiritual yearnings? Is your consuming hunger to know Christ better, to know the secret of His presence, His power, how to commune with him and how to prevail with Him as you share His intercession? Then indeed you begin to fulfill your role has His bride and His royal priest and co-intercessor.

Put into practice the principles of prayer, and the spirit will give you increasing liberty and boldness in intercession as well as increased opportunities. On this note can we pray together the prayer of commitment to intercession by Wesley L. Duewel;

“Lord Jesus, I thank you that you have revealed in your word that God is my father, that I am a child of God by faith in You, and that there is always a welcome for me at the father’s throne.

I thank you for the life of prayer you lived when you were on earth, for teaching us to pray, and for your victorious prayer agony in Gethsemane. I know not how to pray as I ought. But I want to touch the world through prayer. Let the power of your spirit anoint me to touch and bless your world and its people. Lord, teach me to pray.

Teach how to discipline my life so that I take time to intercede. Teach me to have a listening ear so I can discern your prayer assignments for me. Empower me to be strong in prayer warfare, to withstand the powers of darkness and to drive them back by the authority of your name.

Lord Jesus, I do not ask for worldly success or acclaim; I ask for the power to prevail in intercession. I do not ask anything but Your will, Your glory and Your triumph. Make me a person after your own heart. Make me your partner in intercession”.

After thought: if you have pronounced the prayer above sincerely, I congratulate you. Being and having the consciousness of being a prayer partner with Jesus is one of the greatest experiences you can have as a believer. Be an intercessor today.

You can also read “effectual prayer burden” @masterpieceph.wordpress.com to have more understanding on this caption.
